I poured so much into my nail client business over the last 10 years, building a full diary in 2 countries

Selling out my in person courses

Launching online courses..

But what got me there won't get me where I am going 🥹

Working alone, if something needed done, I did it

Everything that was important, I was in charge

It teaches you be to hands on, the hardest worker in the room and to have and high standards

Those traits are what built my career and reputation

But building something bigger & beyond yourself requires a different skillset & means letting go of little parts of those traits (even if 1 year ago it would have had to be pried of of my cold dead hands)
