Low Carb Home Made Bread, Gluten & Sugar Free! This will make you happy just like it did to me, it easy to make, doesn't take too long and is very yummy, high in Protein and Fibre, and the best part? IT'S LOW IN CARBS
Ingredients: 20 servings
1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup coconut flour
1⁄3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup flaxseeds
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon salt
6 eggs with yolk
3/4 cup cream cheese
1⁄3 cup coconut oil or melted butter ( Personally I prefer coconut oil) make sure the butter you use is natural butter and doesn't have seed oils in it.
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Baking Instructions:
1) Preheat the oven to 175 C (350 F)
2)Mix all the dry ingredients, except for the seeds (Leave that for the topping- black sesame seeds) in a bowl.
3) Whisk the rest of the ingredients in a different and a bigger bowl until the batter is smooth.
4) Now add the dry mix to the wet batter and mix until completely smooth.
5) Pour into a bread non-stick tray
6) Bake for about 45 minutes on the lowest rack in the oven.
7) Remove the Bread from the tray and let it cool on a rack
Slice and enjoy!
