ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides quality manicures and pedicures
• Provides quality body hair waxing and trimming services
• Maintain a sanitary workstation
• Build customer relationships
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and healthy conditions by following organizational regulatory requirements.
• Maintains technical knowledge of services and products by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications, watching training videos on YouTube, keep update-to-date with new market trends related to hairstyles or products and application methods.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain personal accounts on social media to promote store services. Should be regular on posting media content daily.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong eye for detail
- Work carefully and take pride in meeting customer expectations
- Very good interpersonal skills and can carry a conversation with anyone.
