Because of this, I have been asked to do makeup for innumerable friends and close family members to help them look good. The person on whom I have done make up most number of times apart from myself is my mother. She herself is very fond of makeup and till date remains the biggest fan of my work and the most scrupulous critic too. My work was always appreciated by friends and family alike who inspired me to take up professional training and certification course in this field. That is when I signed up for some internationally recognized formal make up training courses. These courses turned out to be a life changing experience and really helped me to hone my skills as well as expand the horizons of my creativity. It was just a matter of time that my hobby turned into passion and I started freelancing as a makeup artist in my free time. The other thing that I have always been fond of were teaching children. I was always good with kids they loved me and I loved them back. So when it came to deciding about my career and what study I wanted to pursue I decided to not go down the beaten path but pursue a course in the subject I was most keen on studying. Therefore, I opted to do a bachelor’s degree in psychology with majors in child psychology. Later, I also took up a certification course in Montessori method of teaching kids. Now that, I was a certified Montessori directress I took up a job as a Montessori teacher and worked there for about five years. During the later half of my career, as a Montessori directress I was also freelancing as a make-up artist until I decided to make a big change in life and pursue my dream of becoming a great makeup artist full time. Today, I am an internationally certified makeup artist with over five years of work experience. I am trained across all categories of makeup and capable of doing anything ranging from a slight touch up to a complete facial transformation. Now with over 100 professional make overs I have truly mastered the skills for all types of makeup including bridal, party, daylight and corporate make up. But doing bridal make up is what I am truly passionate about and specialize in. I also did my own make up for my wedding which was a great achievement and I got amazing compliments for it. Today, SARAH is a brand of professional make up artistry and hairstyling.I myself do the make up for all of my clients while my team members style the client’s hair.
