That’s why I put ‘daily stretching’ as part of my challenge; 5mins, 10mins a day, as long as I give my body the stretch that it needs and deserves

A year of learnings, opportunities, meeting new people, lots of ups & downs, and most importantly, learning more about myself and who I am as a sister, a daughter, a friend, an athlete, a content creator. Grateful & blessed for what 2025 has given me, and ready to take on 2026 🤍

Booked my first race end of last year, and then it became addictive 🥹 A year full of amazing races; but as difficult as it is, I’ve also learned to say no to competitions that don’t serve me or don’t fit within my goals, and that’s okay 🤍

Can’t wait to challenge my body & mind in 2026, and meet more amazing people! ✨
