What is breast implant flipping?
Breast implant flipping happens when an implant rotates front to back ( 180 degrees). This situation is not harmful. It is an aesthetic issue , as the shape of breasts can look flat on the top or asymmetric. Frequently, it is related to weight lost post breast augmentation and to the use of high profile implants.
