Not sure about everyone else but I absolutely love my coffee in the morning.. the only thing I add to my first cup is cinnamon and turmeric but other then that it's just black coffee all the way.
After much debate over the years as to whether coffee is or is not carcinogenic, the International Agency for Research in Cancer ( IARC), the cancer agency for the WHO stated in June 2016 that they had evaluated the carcinogenicity of drinking coffee and after reviewing a large body of evidence confirmed that drinking coffee was NOT carcinogenic to humans. 😍😍

If you care about your health - it’s a wise idea to cut back if not eliminate sugar and gluten.
With so many alternatives out there, it’s not so difficult
Check out my favourite gluten free, sugar free walnut loaf which is a winner with my daughter, her friends and the girls in my office and I only do ‘easy’ and delicious 😋
**I also very often add blueberries to this recipe and swap one cup of almond flour with 2 scoops of vanilla protein..just to give a boost of protein and more anti oxidants with those amazing blueberries**

Walnut Loaf
Ingredients:
· 3 Organic free range eggs
· ½ cup of organic cold pressed olive oil
· 1 tsp organic vanilla extract ( NOT essence)
· 2 ½ cups of almond flour
· ¾ cup xylitol
· 1 ½ tsp organic baking powder
· ½ tsp nutmeg
· ½ tsp ginger
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· 1 cup chopped walnuts
· 1 cup zucchini ( or shredded carrots)
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 180c
Mix all liquid ingredients first
Mix together all dry ingredients
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and blend
Mix in walnuts and zucchini.
Place baking paper in bottom of loaf tin, then add ingredients
Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.

Magnesium deficiency is a big problem with studies suggesting as many as 75% of people not meeting their dietry requirement.
I am a firm believer in testing to see what you are low or deficient in ..
I eat alot of the foods rich in magnesium such as -
Pumpkin seeds
Almonds
Leafy greens
Cashews
Dark Chocolate
Avocados
But found I still needed a boost.
Magnesium Glycinate is easily absorbed with calming properties to help with insomnia and quality of sleep.
I take in the evening about 1 hour before bed.
