Better endurance, health and fitness levels which lead to FATLOSS and to be ready by winter for more outdoor events and activities. Possibly even participate in races to complete anything between *5k to a full marathon* 💪🏼
🌀The Process......
Progression is 1 of the best techniques to achieve everything in life . We didn't start running first when we were young but started crawling walking and then running We didn't start by writing sentences but progressed from alphabets .
The other beneficial method is having a support system built around it . Think about school .....it would be quite boring if we didn't have our peers also experiencing the same highs and lows while also competing for achievements.
Putting these 2 together gave me the inspiration to start LEGGS WEGGS which has run successfully for 2 years now
Even if you opt to do the challenge as a solo participant you will still be part of the group and be motivated by your peers activities .

🏃♀️🏃♂️This challenge has pushed people to *run* for the first time ever and not just run a little .....from *0kms to 21kms* in one stretch in 2 months.
🚴🚴♀️This challenge has pushed people to *cycle* from *10kms to 100km* at one stretch in 3 months
📶 This challenge has pushed people to *climb stairs* from *1 floor with difficulty to 40 floors* in one stretch in under 3 months.
🗻🗻This challenge got people to start *hiking* for the first time ever
🚶♀️🚶♂️This challenge got people to start moving by *walking* 2kms in temperatures of 45C+ to walking 15-20k in one stretch .

STAIRWAY to a STRONGER YOU :
VERTICAL CHALLENGE
Day 1 : 100 floors ✅
Day 2 : 100 floors ✅
Day 3 : 100 floors ✅
Day 4 : 0 floors ✖️
Day 5 : 150 floors ✅
Day 6 : 200 floors ✅
Total floors : 650 in 5 days
Total steps : 14,300
This started out as a small challenge that was a farewell from my current building where I have some fond memories of starting to climb stairs to prepare for summiting KILIMANJARO in 2017. The building has 71 Floors so I always tried to push further and in the past I carried upto 15kgs in weight while climbing to increase resistance and even climbed 500 floors in a few hours as a birthday challenge.
So many wonderful memories and GOALS smashed in . Amazing people and wonderful vibes.
REVIEW by SHRADDHA: Body Theory Plan
This wonderful bubbly lady has a very stressful job and I can see how her true personality has also started to shine through brighter as her training got her into a routine, made her feel stronger and build more stamina . Best of all, she has achieved most of her goals that are not weight based.
1k - 5k walking
3floors - 18 floors stairs
75 suryanamaskars now aiming for 108
All the above goals were earlier tough but when she progressed it felt very easy indeed over a span of 2months.
She is making the best of her plan and following the plan guidelines perfectly integrating it all into her routine to live a better quality of life.

Is it a SHADOW ?? Is it a Cat ?? .......No its a Pepper the Puppy 🐶🐶
As a family we have never had a pet and finally after being convinced a lot I agreed.
At that point I did not realise what we had truly signed up for. The ups , downs and everything else that comes with it.
For us it truly meant a lot more housework had to be done. Cleaning as she was getting potty trained . My lifetime of mopping was beat in a couple of weeks 😂🤣
It was a brilliant workout -mopping ...got an amazing vaccum to also facilitate more cleaning ...add vaccum to the list of chores. Lots of squatting to pick thing off the ground and get her stuff sorted . And ofcourse being a breed who should be active there is daily runs . She is still a pup so it's not as much as it will.be in 6-7 months. I think she will motivate me to run more for sure. I'm already loving the sprints that feel like a race everyone 💜
Overall her arrival was a lot of work nonstop but as tired as I was I still enjoyed having that furry cuteness who is always so excited to have a blast with us all and make you smile every time.
The effort that went into having a pet is a lot but even Jeremiah (10yrs) is now puppy sitting as he does online school , mopping, picking p**p and keeping a check on her potty and eating schedule.
I would truly recommend fostering or adopting a pet if you can to get a feel of it because most people will end up with a much more fulfilled life.
ROLLING PIN instead of FOAM roller
NOT everyone has access to a foam roller or may see no need for a foam roller only to be used once in a couple of months.
Here is your alternative:
A Rolling pin / Chapatti roller / Belan
I have recommended this to many clients as I always try to find easy accessible solutions that don't require additional equipment being purchased only to be gathering dust in a corner.
After doing this video I will most seriously be switching to the rolling pin instead of the foam roller 🌟🌟🌟

The psychology behind everything we do determines how successful we will be.
If you focus on weight loss you will never be satisfied as there are so many variables that determine weight of your body.
▶️Water retention
▶️Bowel movements
▶️Hormones
▶️Dense Muscle mass
These are just a few of the factors that we don't have control over .
So why set yourself up for failure by using weight as the main measurement of success in your fitness goals.
Think about the life you gain and really living life to the fullest , new found energy that you have and strength that you never knew you could have which is gauged by new highs that you have reached. Eg: pushups on toes that you never thought possible.
SQUATS IN-DEPTH
Squats are one of the must do exercises for everyone! A compound exercise that works on many muscles with this one movement .
If we are doing it anyway how about doing it remembering the most important cues to decrease risk of injury or possibly creating imbalances in our body too.
You can use these same cues to do it at a beginner level or when recovering from injury too by just sitting on a chair and getting up.
Even as we age we will always need to sit and stand up so all the muscles involved in that movement need to stay strong our entire lifetime so we don't need the use of external support to get up from a chair.
Added benefit from squats for those looking to develop their 🍑😉 If done right this exercise has the most muscle engagement to strengthen glute muscles and build mass.

She has been training with the BODY THEORY ONLINE LIVE personal training PLAN for less than 2months and she is loving everything about it.
