Just 3 years ago, I was a completely different person.

I was afraid to speak up, I struggled with insecurities, I suffered in relationships, and I based my happiness on everything else—except myself.

It all started after a very toxic relationship, when I moved to Austria…

With no expectations, I began practicing yoga just to calm the constant flow of negative thoughts.

In my work, I support women through 1:1 online coaching sessions. I also lead yoga and dance classes and workshops.
