Whenever I mention the “F” word - Fasting 😂 - I usually get one of these reactions.

I get it. If you’re looking at fasting through a “hustle and grind” lens, it sounds exhausting. But as a Dietitian and Fast Like a Girl Coach, I see it differently.

Fasting isn’t about less; it’s about alignment.

Instead of starvation, we talk about metabolic switching. Instead of restriction, we talk about cellular healing (Autophagy!). Instead of “bad for hormones,” we talk about fasting with flow - matching your fast to where you are in your cycle so you actually support your progesterone and estrogen rather than fighting them ✨

We don’t do “one size fits all” here. We use the 6 fasting types - from the Fat Burner Fast to the Dopamine Reset - to make sure your body feels safe, nourished, and empowered. You are met where you are at & we make sure you know your WHY!

It’s not about how long you can go without food. It’s about how well you can listen to your body’s rhythms. ALWAYS!

Women aren’t meant to fast like men.

Your body isn’t the same every day of the month -
your hormones shift… your energy shifts… your needs shift.

So why are you following a rigid fasting plan that ignores all of that?

✨ Power Phase (Menstruation | Days 1–10) → you can tap into longer fasts (if your body feels supported)
✨ Manifestation Phase (Ovulation | Days 11–15) → shorter fasts + focus on hormone building
✨ Power Phase (Post-Ovulation | Days 16–19) → back into stronger fasting windows (again if the body feels supported)
✨ Nurture Phase (Day 20 → Bleed) → no fasting… nourish, no pushing, slow down, support
