As the leaves fall and the temperature drops, it's a good time to review your skincare routine.

Your skin can change as we move through the seasons. One of the main changes between summer & autumn is the drop in humidity, which means your skin is in need of some extra hydration.

Using a richer moisturiser will increase your hydration and create a protective barrier against the autumn elements. Gentle exfoliation should also be added to your routine ( if you're not already doing it!) to remove dry & flaky skin. You should never skip that sunscreen either, because even though summer's over, those UV rays are still there.

Using serums will assist with skin cell turnover, & we recommend our APS Gloss Night Serum. This serum contains a blend of Glycolic & Lactic Acids, & with this combination it will leave skin smoother and minimises skin congestion.
