I'm on a personal quest to put myself in the best possible shape of my life 💪😎
For more than two years I have been offering free group fitness workouts at my home gym in Paralowie
(Tank's Gym) if people are keen to take part I'm happy to continue running these free sessions 🏋‍♂️
These sessions are suitable for most levels of fitness and can actually be a lot of fun 😀

Things are getting serious 💪😎👊
Today's weight 84.7kgs down 1kg last week 👌
My bodyfat on Friday night was 11.4%
That's down from 13.6% two weeks ago

I've been training really hard and sticking to my diet 💪🍗🍚🥦
I am definitely noticing more line's through my mid section and my abs are finally starting to show.
I was a bit nervous about registering for any competitions this year in the fear that I would not look my best on stage 😥
I still don't think I'll be at my best for the State show on the 1st Oct but I will have an additional three weeks to fine tune and possibly reveal my leanest condition for the ICN Nationals in Melbourne on the 21st Oct
I am getting really excited about my life and my future atm with a few awesome things happening recently 🤗
Thanks for following my 2023 journey 🙏
I hope my story can continue to inspire others ❤️

seriously I've been dieting for almost 20 weeks and it has been tough. If there is any opportunity to get my shirt off and show off my hard work and sacrifice you best believe I'll be doing it 💪😎👊

Today's was a special milestone event number. #300
It was a Barbie themed event and I was so impressed with everyone's efforts 👌
Personally I managed a reasonably good time of 00:23:21 which was my fastest time this year and only 1 minute off my personal best time 🏃‍♂️⏰️
Unfortunately I wasn't able to set my GPS because I was silly enough to leave my phone on battery saving mode from the night before 😭
The weather was perfect for the run and I was even able to have an excuse to rip my shirt off for a photo as Ken on the finish line 🏃‍♂️

Small improvements daily add up to huge results over time ⏰️
Far too often I see people trying to do too much too quick.
Unfortunately fatloss and muscle gain does take time.
We didn't get overweight overnight it is usually a result of months or years of neglect towards our nutrition 😥🍔🍟🍕
The same can be said for our income 🤑
Sometimes in order to attract a new job or career we must spend a bit of time developing some new skills, maybe we go back to school ( study ) or do a course, me might even have to make an investment that pays off down the track.
My point is usually we will have to make some type of sacrifice to see the rewards in the future ❤️
Life is not always easy and it's definitely not always fair 😥
But if we put in the work we can often turn our situations around 💪😎👊

This is why I always say "The best way to predict our future is to create it"

Another Month Another Challenge at

This month's challenge is how many push-ups can we perform in 1 minute
I had my first go at it last night mainly because it was actually my chest & triceps day 💪😎👊
I was aiming for 60 but unfortunately feel a little short but still managed a respectable 58 push-ups in 1 min
As I've mentioned previously these monthly challenges are a great way to learn a new exercise or simply improve our overall level of fitness 🏋‍♂️
My advice would be to give these challenges a go at the start of the month record a time then practice that exercise throughout the month 📅
At the end of the month have another go and see how much we have improved 😍
Remember it's not about being the best it's about being your best.
Not being the best at something shouldn't stop us from trying things 🤔
There are plenty of exercise that I'm not great at but If I can personally improve a little I'm really happy 😀
We only get one shot at life and will only have one body, let's make the most of both ❤️

Although I focus my life mainly on Food & Fitness a lot of what I preach is transferable to life itself 🤔
Things like working hard towards a goal, having discipline and eating well are things we should be doing to perform better at work and to help us achieve greater satisfaction with any hobbies we might enjoy 💃🏄‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏊🧘
If we focus on eating well, drinking plenty of water and trying to get more sleep our lives we by default almost certainly improve 😍
I believe that we all have to ability to turn our situations around at any age.
This could be our health & fitness.
Our financial situation or even our relationships 👩‍❤️‍👨
Unfortunately I've had to learn a lot of things the hard way in my life and If I can help the younger generation to avoid a lot of these issues I'll be a very happy man.
Stay safe, enjoy life and have a wonderful day and weekend ahead ❤️

Weightloss / Fatloss is hard enough as it is without life throwing extra obstacles at us 😥
Unfortunately the truth is there will always be obstacles, life will never run smoothly 🤔
Over the last couple of months I've personally had to deal with a 5 year relationship breakdown 💔
Injuries and extra workload on my main tradie job 🛠
It would be easy to say "F #%k it I'll start again next month" instead what I've constantly told myself was "I've started this let's do whatever it takes to see it through 💪😎👊
Life is not easy for me.
I've suffered injuries 🦵
I'm not rich but work 2 x jobs 🤑
I'm not young ( 45yrs old ) 🧓
I'm not on drugs doing this naturally 💉❌️
I do struggle to sleep 😴
I'm now doing this alone 💔
I love my food & must make sacrifices 🍔
I could quit, I could say "it's too hard"
Instead I'm going keep pushing, keep training hard and continue with my calorie deficit diet.
I know I'm not perfect and I definitely have my demends 😈
I do try to be a positive influence
I try my best to lead by example
I am actually really happy with what I have been able to achieve so far this year
I will continue to work hard
I will try my best to succeed
Please continue to follow my socials and I hope that my journey can inspire others along the way 🙏
