I've just got back into the swing of things after an amazing weekend retreat hosted by the very gifted Di Russell

The 'Beautiful' Retreat or Be You To The Full Retreat, was just what I needed to reconnect with myself and confirm clarity on my new direction in business as well as in everyday life.

The accommodation at Kings Beach is absolutely spectacular with captivating views and stylish decor.

From the time I was collected by the uniformed driver in a pretty nice Jag, I felt quite spoilt and special.

I enjoyed delicious meals from a healthy menu of local produce prepared on site and served in a picturesque dining area surrounded by glass bringing the outside in.

The other four guests were lovely, we connected right away in the relaxing and caring atmosphere that Di had created to make exploring and learning in the group sessions rewarding.
