Usadha is for high-functioning professionals who are tired of carrying tension every day.

Through nervous-system-informed bodywork, we help your body release what it’s holding so you can move, think, and feel with more ease.

One question I get asked from time to time is:

"How often should I come for a session?"

The honest answer is that it depends.

Some people come because they're in pain and want support through a particular issue.

Some come periodically as part of maintaining their health.

Others simply value having dedicated time to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and tune into what their body might be telling them.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer.

The right frequency is the one that aligns with your goals, your needs, and your life.

That's something we can explore together.

Hi, I'm Putu Kusuma.

I created Usadha as a place for people to slow down and reconnect with themselves through thoughtful, personalised bodywork.

Many of the people I work with spend much of their time looking after others, meeting responsibilities, and moving from one commitment to the next.

Over time, that can show up as tension, fatigue, stiffness, or simply a feeling that you've been running on autopilot for too long.

My approach is calm, attentive, and tailored to what your body needs on the day.

No rushed treatments.
No one-size-fits-all routines.

Just time set aside for you.

I’ve quietly been working on a new offering through Usadha over the past little while called The Exhale.

It came from noticing how many people seem exhausted in ways that go beyond muscular tension alone.

The body stays tight.
The mind stays slightly alert.
The nervous system never really lands.

The Exhale is a 2-hour restorative session built around therapeutic bodywork, grounding touch, breath, gentle movement, warmth, and stillness.

Less about fixing.
More about creating the conditions for the body to finally soften a little.

It’s slower.
More spacious.
More intentional than anything I’ve offered before.

It’s now officially part of the Usadha menu. 🌙

You wake up already tired.

Your jaw feels tight.
Your neck feels like it’s holding something… but you don’t know what.

By midday, your shoulders are creeping up toward your ears.
You catch yourself clenching. Again.

Not because you’re doing anything wrong.
But because your body hasn’t had a moment to actually switch off.

Most people try to stretch it out.
Or ignore it.
Or book a quick massage that feels good… then everything slowly tightens back up.

Because the problem isn’t just “tight muscles.”
It’s a nervous system that’s been stuck in the background, running too hot for too long.

In my sessions, we don’t rush in and attack the tension.

We slow things down enough for your body to let go on its own.

Jaw. Neck. Breath.
All the places that have been quietly bracing.

If you’re in the Adelaide Hills and your body feels like this…

I offer 90-minute sessions designed specifically for stress, burnout, and chronic tension patterns.

Private, quiet space.
No in-and-out clinic energy.

Just time for your system to actually come down.

You can book here:

You don’t need more pressure.
You probably need your body to feel safe enough to stop holding on.

Most people focus on the massage.

I focus on everything around it.

Warmth. Stillness. Space

Usadha.

Most people think their body is the problem.

Tight neck.
Sore shoulders.
That constant tension in your back.

So they stretch it, massage it, and try to “fix” it.

But here’s the thing…

Your body isn’t working against you.

It’s been working for you this whole time.

Adapting.
Compensating.
Holding things together the best way it knows how.

The tension you feel?

It’s often the result of your body doing its job for a little too long.

That’s why it keeps coming back.

In my sessions, I don’t just chase where it hurts.
I look at how your body has been carrying that load and help it let go of patterns it no longer needs.

So you don’t just walk out feeling “looser”
You walk out feeling different in your body.

If you’ve been dealing with tension that won’t stay gone, this might be what you’ve been missing.

Where do you hold the most tension right now?

What we offer at Usadha

Most people aren’t just dealing with “tight muscles”

It’s a body that hasn’t fully switched off

Sessions at Usadha are designed to help your system settle first
so your body can actually let go of tension

We keep things simple with two types of sessions:

60 min – Targeted Tension Relief
Focused work for specific areas like neck, shoulders, back or jaw

90 min – Usadha Downshift Session
A slower, full body session designed to help your system come out of that constant “on” state

Not sure which to choose?

60 min → for a specific issue
90 min → for a full body reset or if you struggle to switch off

We are located within Mindful Impact Wellness Hub in Crafers.

😌 Feeling nervous before a massage? You’re not alone.

A lot of my clients come in unsure of what to expect… especially when they’ve been dealing with soreness for a long time.

My focus is simple:
✔️ Help you feel safe
✔️ Help your body relax
✔️ Help you actually feel better

⭐ Sally shared:

"I was nervous on arrival… but instantly felt calmer. Putu was amazing, kind and caring… I felt better after my first visit and look forward to more."

If you’ve been putting it off, this might be your sign.
