Today marks the one year anniversary of the illegal invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
More than twelve million Ukrainians have fled their homes since the conflict began.
Angelika is a proud Ukrainian woman who fled her home country in the face of the Russian onslaught.
Angelika has been welcomed by our community with open arms, and now works at Just Men's Scissorhands on the Broadway in Glenelg South.
Today we reaffirm our commitment to stand with the Ukrainian people in the face of this belligerent aggression.
