To ensure the health and safety of your natural lashes, we kindly ask that you follow our recommended refill time frames. Regular maintenance allows us to properly clean your lash roots, safely remove grown-out extensions, and safely apply fresh lash fans for a flawless, long-lasting look.

If refills are done within the recommended timeframe, we can maintain your lash health and style effectively. However, if too much time has passed, a full set will be required instead, as all grown-out extensions must be carefully removed to prevent damage.

For a seamless refill, at least 40% of your lash extensions should still be intact, as we clean 25% and replace them with 75% fresh fans. Extending refill periods beyond the recommended time makes this process difficult and may require a full set, which cannot be done at a refill price.

Note: Clients are welcome to book their refill appointments at any time within the recommended time frame. If you prefer to have a full set each time instead, you are free to visit us at your convenience.
