On Sunday the crew ran our first 10km marathon (minus Paul, heโs a legend and has been doing triโs etc for years... pounding us to join him and we finally did!! We absolutely LOVED it! All surprised ourselves with our times and had a wonderful morning soaking up the athletic vibes of the sunny coast ๐
We are already counting down the days for the next events!
I did mine in 1:10 and have only ran 10k once before about 3 years ago ๐
only had to pull over for a toilet break, annoyingly ๐
My cardio has improved SO much in the last two months thanks to my new obsession ๐

I am so grateful to have you in my life. Our friendship started out 9.5 years ago when we used to party for a living in the Gold Coast. It was a very fun season. Itโs safe to say is a complete 180 to the lifestyles we live now.

Absolutely magical.. just wish we had more time to swim in the afternoon. Though the snorkeling was beautiful in the morning, lots of fish and coral to see ๐๐ฌ๐
