As an Ayurvedic practitioner my intent is to unlock the body , rather than repressing the symptoms. We believe that our emotional experiences can manifest into physical pain and or disease, therefore dealing with the symptoms will only mask the cause. It's approach is gentle and holistic, bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit.
