Generally appointments like this I price at a per hour charge.
I do this because corrections like this are tricky and believe it or not I filled and toned this hair four times before I applied the pink over the top. There was so much warmth, even after lifting.

This is not just a standard foils and toner application, and if you are wanting to drastically change your look in one session, it absolutely never will be just a “touch up”

Corrections are unpredictable and I’d rather be transparent with you all! Sometimes it’s not as easy as quoting before a service.. and this is a pure example of that!

Some ultramarine blue fun from yesterday 🌌

This was a full head of hilights, pre- toned and then root melted with the blue so that my client can eventually let it fade out to blonde.

Much Dimension!! Not much maintenance!!

So many tones for the light to bounce off! We love a low maintenance blonde, am I right?? 👱‍♀️ 🙋‍♀️

A blonde like this is only refreshed every 12 to 20 weeks… a time poor gals dream!

Hello everyone! I have some new followers so I wanted to come on an re- introduce myself 🙋‍♀️

I am Kyla and I have been hairdressing since 2008! I decided to open my own little business in 2017 after wanting to gain a little bit more control over my work life (hello to salons who have a cookie cutter booking system for every client) the reality is, that doesn’t really fly and every person is different; I try really hard to make sure I have enough one on one time with every client to ensure that I get as close to your dream hair as possible!

I also work on wigs and toppers! Which is super fun… I also like to wear wigs and toppers… so when you see me with bangs… they’re not really MY bangs, although I did cut them myself 😂

Maintenance and upkeep are really the pinnacle of having that amazing look all year round… so if I say I need to see you in six weeks for a top up - I’m not lying…I just want to feed you delicious gin, coffee and snacks while refreshing your gorgeous locks 💛

Ps I started going grey at 23 years old… I am in my mid 30’s now and my greys are coming in hottttter than ever!! Do I have anymore fabulous silver ladies out there?!

Just quietly… nailed the inspo!!!

I have done soooo many fun colours with over the last year! Lots and lots of pinks! Soo wanted to throw back to this fun little number! I used jade green and lime green to create this fun little peek a boo colour concept! (Yes peek a boo is an actual colour application method and was my muse for my business name all those years ago) 😂

My last post for the year wouldn’t feel right if it wasn’t a picture of the little guy I do everything for! My baby boy, Luca. Becoming a parent has pushed me even more to succeed and attempt to have some sort of balance in my life (whatever that means) 😂😂

Happy new year to all of you!! This year has been a huge one and I am forever thankful for your support. Without you there is no me as a business owner.

I have some fun plans for 2024 and I am looking forward to seeing you all in January!
