6:30am Zoom meetings before the world wakes up.
Collagen in my coffee because at this point it’s a personality trait.
School drop off with my girl. Clinic lights on, treatment rooms ready, team chats, clients on the bed. A quick sweet treat because balance. School pick up and the fur babies causing absolute chaos the second I walk through the door. Then finally ending the day in bed with my book by 9:30pm ✨


This is the reality of building a business and raising a daughter while trying to romanticise life somewhere in between. Full days, messy moments, beautiful routines — and I honestly wouldn’t swap it.
