Due to starting an administration role in January, my last treating day at Mile End will be Friday 22nd December 2023.

This has been a difficult decision but one I feel is right for my family. I’d like to thank you all for your ongoing support over the last 11 years of treating and 5 years of business!

I will be available for a reduced number of hours from my home clinic from January.

Today is World Mental Health Day – and the message is simple: ‘Look after your mental health, Australia.’

Massage therapy can play a role in effective management of stress, depression, and anxiety. One in five people will experience mental ill health in any year and one in eight visits to a General Practitioner are related to mental health. Massage therapy has been shown to significantly reduce psychological stress levels, as well as alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety. It has also been shown to improve emotional well-being, relaxation, vitality and quality of sleep!

What a fantastic few days attending the paediatric massage consultant course with Paula from Infant Massage Information Services.
This intense 3 day practical course has taught me so much and I’m so excited to soon pass on this beautiful knowledge to so many families.

This new qualification will allow me to teach and instruct families how to safely massage their own babies and provide them with all the knowledge they need to feel confident assisting their babies with certain infant conditions.

These sessions will be launching in the near future and I will keep you updated when these sessions become available but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me via the email provided on the website.
