Will you be joining us this week for the Friday class?
With all the heart opening and clearing we have been doing, we are now going to shine some light on our truth with a pituitary gland series Kyria, and the Mul Mantra.
At this moment, we are really being asked to face the things that are holding us back. The limiting patterns, beliefs, thoughts, situations or relationships. And the Mul Mantra is there to align us to our true divine nature so we can transcend the ego. It helps as a fate changer and guides us out of karmic cycles into our highest purpose, which is so important right now as we are moving into the higher section of our heart chakra with the Venus gateway. It helps us shift fear and move us from ego to soul focus.

Such a special day yesterday holding this beautiful space for S&J Integrated Wellness Winter Moon Retreat.
We moved through a day of grounding meditations, reflection, contemplation, energy work, and sound which created the space to connect deeply with self and others.
It was an honour to be apart of this retreat.
I had so much fun being with this beautiful group of souls, and of course loved the magic this space can provide on retreat.
Heart is full.
Feeling blessed to do this work & very grateful. 🙏
