I don’t talk about this enough… but this business changed me just as much as it’s changed my clients.
Becoming a mum is the most beautiful thing, but for me, it also came with losing a little bit of who I was. I was so focused on everyone else that I forgot about my own self-care, my confidence, even my ability to just be me.
I stayed in my bubble, avoided conversations, avoided putting myself out there… which is wild to think about now 😂
Because now? I genuinely love connecting with people. I’ve met the most incredible women through this business, built real friendships, and slowly found my confidence again.
And not just internally… but physically too. I don’t shy away from photos anymore, I feel comfortable in my own skin, and yeah… you’ll catch me in a tank top now 🫶
This business was built on passion, but it thrives because of the way women feel when they walk out of my studio.
Confident. Empowered. Like themselves again.
