Restorative yoga offers us a chance to escape it all and give our minds and bodies a well deserved break to deeply relax.

Long, slow poses along with massage, guided meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy and delicious chai and snacks.. will have you feeling at peace and fully restored 💫

This position is such a hit with kids!

It doesn’t require flexibility or much strength and immediately starts shifting energy within their little bodies! Even though it’s a passive pose ,the benefits are pretty amazing!

Kids tend to be on their feet so much during the day! This pose reverses gravity’s effect on the lower body and improves lymphatic fluid movement.

For kids who play allot of sport, this position can be great for releasing muscle cramps and tension.

There’s always room for a bit of play with this pose! It’s interesting to see kids move without inhibition and watch where each pose takes them 💕💫

Of course, we’ll be including this one in our kids restorative yoga session on Monday 10th July 10-11am.

Cost is $30 per child with everyone going home with a goodie bag!

After such beautiful feedback from our last restorative session in the beehive, we’re buzzing to do more!

This time, the spotlight is on the kids 💕

A 2018 study by the American psychological Association determined that children and adolescents reported higher stress levels than adults.

Whilst yes, we can acknowledge that a bit of stress here and there is normal, social media, school pressures, peer challenges and body changes can cause high levels of stress for prolonged periods of time.

We know the effects that prolonged stress has on the body, and it’s our mission to support our kids in this community as much as we can!

After all, it’s easier to build well balanced children, than to repair broken adults!

Both myself and Jen have our working with children check, are Mother’s ourselves and can’t wait to create a nurturing environment and hold space for your child!

The pace will be slightly different for energetic kids, however the intent remains the same 💫

Supported by props, sound healing and a guided meditation, your child will experience the beautiful combination of restorative poses and massage.
