Happy New Year everyone! 🎉
Thank you all so much for your support over the past year — it really means a lot to me. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year period.

Now that I’m back in the clinic, I just wanted to mention a couple of things.

I’ve recently become aware that one of the booking links on Muscle Balance’s Google search page wasn’t directing people correctly. I believe this has now been fixed, but if you experience any issues with booking, please let me know.

While I’ve done my best to absorb increasing business costs over the past few years, unfortunately I’ve had to implement a small price increase. Updated prices are as follows:

• 1 hour consultation — $105
• 45 minute consultation — $85
• 30 minute consultation — $60

Kelly and I would like to introduce our third little bundle of joy.

🩷Sadie Anne Stewart🩷, was born last Friday 14/7/23 weighing 3.98Kgs (or 8 pound 8 in the old tongue).
Both mum and bub are home and doing really well.

I will be taking 2 weeks off to get settled and into some kind of a routine, (if there is such a thing with 3 kids?) Then I will be back and ready to go!

I will be into the clinic a few times over the next couple of weeks, to check the phone messages, so feel free to still call for any appointment bookings, to reschedule or to cancel and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
If not, you are more than welcome to use the online booking feature to manage an appointment.

For those of you who don’t know, I recently made a tough decision to finish up in Myotherapy as my hands are just not what they used to be 🥹
Today was my last day, a very humbling & emotional one.
What a journey the last 19 years has been. So much growth & so many great memories. I am a better person for knowing each & everyone of you.
Thank you to you all for supporting me through my career & sharing in this chapter with me.
Thank you to my biggest believers Michael, my parents & my family for being there every step of the way, always encouraging & cheering me on.
Also to Mitch, my business partner for riding all the waves with me & to continue on with Muscle Balance.

It’s been a while in between posts. We hope you & your families are keeping well.

Just a friendly notice that we are having a price rise as of 31st October.

Fees will be as follows:
1 hour $90
45 minutes $75
30 minutes $55

We appreciate your co operation & apologise for any inconvenience.

Also just a reminder that there is to be no parking out in the car park. As we have new residence up stairs they are reserved for them.

It’s been a while in between posts…..

Today marks the day, 13 years ago Muscle Balance opened its doors.
In this time there has been 3 moves, 3 kiddies for Emma & 2 little boys for Mitch, many new & familiar faces & a few years of Covid…
We are beyond grateful to all of you who have shown patience over these times & supported us is so many ways.
What a community we have & we thank you for being a part of this incredible journey.
Make sure you all have a drink or some cake to help us celebrate this milestone 🥂🍰

Another day, another lockdown 🥺

It is with everyone’s best interest with cases on the border that we close this week.
No matter how big or small the situation we endeavor to keep everyone safe.
It is very hard for us to close our doors and we appreciate all your cooperation and understanding of our decisions.
We will be in contact with everyone who has appointments to reschedule.

It is such a huge relief to hear the news of the lockdown being lifted 😆
This means we can now open our doors to all you wonderful clients.

Please be patient with us over the coming weeks as we try navigate coming back after 4 weeks of cancellations.
- If you have a reoccurring appointment, your next one awaits you. If we do however get any cancellations, we will be in touch to offer you a make up appointment.
- If your appointment was cancelled & you didn’t have any other appointments booked in advance we will be in touch to try reschedule for you.
- If you are in desperate need of attention please call the clinic to let us know so we can see what we can do for you.
Remember to be kind as these things are never easy & there is only two of us. We always do our best to accommodate everyone.

Continue to adhere to all the correct Covid safe rules by checking in upon arrival. Wearing a mask in the waiting area & social distance.
Hand sanisiters are also available.

Unfortunately we have closed our doors for the duration of this statewide lockdown. We have everyone’s best interest in mind and following our association guidelines we feel that with this is the right decision. We will do our absolute best to reschedule what we can when we can, taking on NSW Health updates day by day.
We apologise for any inconvenience but we hope you understand.
