I have just completed this incredible journey in Mullumbimby, I first did it 18 years ago, pre motherhood, it feels like lifetimes ago, literally. I have not ever been in such a potent, authentic, completely held space, with the utmost integrity and pure presence and power! There is another one in Mullumbimby in September, if you can make it, I could not recommend more. Woman, a deep sacred calling to come home, to yourself 🙏🩷✨️

My PTSD likes consistency, structure and stability. My soul loves wildness, freedom, and service. Who do you think is winning?

I say to you, that if you listen to your own holiness, you will do impossible things.

Life is a pilgrimage. Life is art. Life is your living prayer. Feel the fear: tremble, shake, wail, shake your fist at the sky, screaming.

Then go and do your holy work. You cannot escape it.

There comes a time when the dependent daughter must be put to bed. The one who seeks approval. The one who waits to be chosen. The one who molds herself to stay safe. She is tender. She is worthy. In the female brain, our emotional depth (limbic system) is well-supported by our abilities to build and contain (frontal lobes). Two deeply powerful forces alone in a singular feminine form. Woman, may you know today that you lack nothing. And may you encounter the virgin within. This is not a rebellion. It is a return. To your sovereignty. To your voice. To your self.
