We’ve been seeing a rise in last minute cancellations and no shows, and while we totally understand that emergencies happen, a little notice goes a long way.

When someone cancels late or doesn’t turn up at all, it’s not just a quiet gap in our day, it means we’ve said no to another client who really wanted that time. We often have wait lists and turn people away daily, so every appointment really counts.

If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can. It helps us stay organised, keep the salon running smoothly, and make sure as many people as possible get their hair time.
