CHRISTMAS MATERNITY WARD GIFT 🎁

Hi everyone,

Some of you may have seen me do a similar post last year but for 2025 I am looking to do another Maternity Ward gift this Christmas. For those who aren’t aware, in 2023 I was in hospital with my week old daughter and spent Christmas Eve and half of Christmas Day in the maternity ward. When I woke up Christmas Day, there was a lovely gift stashed in the cot for my daughter full of essentials, handmade blankets/toys etc and then a lovely little gift for me as well. After feeling like absolute rubbish and wanting to cry as I felt so alone on the one day you should be with your family. To wake up and see this beautiful and totally unexpected gift brought me to tears(those that know me well know I am not emotional at all) and since this moment I have decided that each and every year that I am able too I want to bring this little bit of joy and excitement to those who may wake up and feel alone on Christmas Day. As well as for the staff who give up their Christmas Day to care for those on the ward.

I am more than happy to do gifting on my own however, I would also love for those to be a community gift to bring even more joy to the women who are in the hospital on Christmas Day for various reasons. So if this is something you would love to be apart of in any way, please let me know! I have a few ideas in mind but definitely open to suggestions!
