This last month I made a promise to myself that every day I didn't feel up to going to train or started making excuses not too, I would pick up my gear, get in my car and drive straight to the gym.

This was to ingrain in my head that even when i'm feeling negative, unmotivated and tired I can turn all of these things around into a positive. It's all about mindset.

So hear I am. Sunday night 9 solo in the gym while my partner sleeps trying to improve myself 1 set at a time.

Your mind will allows give you an excuse or a way out. But you need to be strong enough to smash through those to achieve your goals and keep moving forward.
