About the company

GLOW! Skin Australia is a new entrant to the skin care industry with a view to revolutionise how people care for their skin. Our aim is to provide our initial product, the Australian Pink Clay Face Mask that is not only super healthy for the skin, but also the planet! We don't test on our precious animals and we are 100% VEGAN!

We already have a pipeline of products in the works for release over the next 5 years

About the product

My name is Mishelle and I am the owner of GLOW! Skin Australia. I have 2 children who I adore and I also run another business from home: www.divinityandco.com.au which I have been running since 2009

GLOW started from a love of skin care products however I found it difficult to find a product that was gentle on my sensitive skin without costing hundreds of dollars! My manufacturing team and I have been working on the GLOW Australian pink clay mask for over 6 months to perfect it!

About the role

This is a commission only sales role to start, with a view to part time/full time and even management positions in the future once we have established the business in the skin care world!
Perfect for stay at home parents looking to get back into the workforce and especially for anyone who has been restricted for work due to the current Mandates surrounding the Covid Vaccine.
The position is completely remote - Work anywhere in Australia as long as you have a reliable phone/internet and a computer.
While the role is commission based, you have no set hours. Great if you need to wait for the kids to go to bed or school, or simply work around another job
When you sign up a new wholesale client, you will receive 10% commission on every order they place through our dedicated software for as long as you're with us. Even if you move to salary in the future, you will still receive 10% commission on every order placed from them.
The bones of the role is to research businesses that would potentially stock our products, create an ongoing list in excel and call or email the person (preferably call and only email to follow up if needed) responsible for their purchasing and discuss having them stock our product and what the benefits are. The successful candidate will have training on this with me prior to starting

We set you up with a business email and hook you up to our Gsuite so you can literally work from anywhere in the world!

What we'd like

Someone with some sales experience (can include party plan/MLM experience
Someone happy to jump on a video call with me once a week or fortnight for a catch up and throw some ideas around
Someone who is willing to be on commission only until we can work together to build the brand
Some social media marketing experience is highly regarded but not necessary
Someone with a good computer, internet connection and phone
A good grasp of the English language, both written and verbal
