Ongoing massage is so important for your body.
Always remember to drink plenty of water afterwards, for at least 48 hours.

Listen to your body. It’s normal for you to feel a good pain for at least 3 days after a massage, especially remedial or sports massage.

Having a massage at least once a month (depending on your lifestyle), some every two weeks, is a great way to feel on top of things, and to keep your body in great working order.

I finally booked in for my own massage, badly needed, I was in so much pain, and waited 3 weeks for this booking.
I was really disappointed in their room, I realised how much effort I actually put into my own little room for the comfort of the client.

The place I went to had no heater in the room, so I just kept shivering. Uncomfortable massage table, and bright lighting. I also paid so much more than I would normally charge. I didn’t even get my legs done, even though I asked for them to be done. I felt it was rush rush rush for their next client.

The massage was great, but, I feel it’s those little bits of comfort, that make a massage a whole experience, not just a body fix up. Not to mention paying for a full hour and being back at my car at the time I still should have been on the table. Money and hurrying people up is not part of a great massage experience. I like to have some time in between my own clients, so I don’t feel like I am rushing anyone.
I make sure you get at least an hour, a really warm bed and room, soft music in the background, low lighting for more comfort.

I walked away feeling really confused. 🫣🤔

The beautiful person who let me try it, absolutely loved it. The inflamed muscles calmed down quicker than normal. They were beautiful to work with. I Absolutely loved using them.
