Writing this is incredibly emotional. I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for the love, loyalty and support you’ve shown me over the years. This business has never just been about the services — it’s been about you. The conversations, the laughter, the tears, the trust and the friendships that grew along the way.

After a lot of soul-searching, I’ve made the very difficult decision to close the business. Our final day of trading will be 28 February 2026.

This chapter has meant more to me than I can ever explain. I’m so proud of what we built together and endlessly grateful for the community that supported me through every high and low. Serving you has truly been one of the greatest honours of my life.
