We are heading into the silly season!! Please make sure that you’re all organised and start booking in your Christmas cuts!

The week before Xmas, the Monday 22nd & Tuesday 23rd are pretty well booked up, so make sure you get in over the next 2 weeks so you don’t miss out 🌲🎄

After over a year and a half traversing the country, your favourite bush bashing barber is back!
She will be back in the shop from October 7th, 9am - 5pm, Tuesday to Friday. Her books will open online a month prior (as per our normal online schedule) If you want appointments outside of these hours, just send through a message. Get in quick because spots will fill up fast!

NO SHOWS!

The month of JAN 2025 had a total of 26 NO SHOWS this is about $850 worth of no shows/late cancellations (less then 3 hours notice), a full day of work.

The month of FEB 2025 we had a total of 30 NO SHOWS/late cancellations (over 1k worth)

The month of MARCH we had OVER 30 NO SHOWS/Late cancellations

This is a disgusting amount of no shows and late cancellations we’ve been unable to fill. We’ve just come out of one of our busiest times of the year and understand that people do forget. We have been pretty lenient but unfortunately that will be changing for the rest of the year, we will now be charging every no show and late cancellation.

You agree to it online, it states that we need 3 HOURS notice (most other places need 12/24 hours notice)

We send out a reminder a day before as a courtesy, it’s is NOT our job to remind you. Please don’t forget to reply YES or NO to our reminders.

Sorry for such a negative post, we still love you all but unfortunately it’s time for us to get tough and for me (Maddie) to stop complaining and do something about the issue 🤣
