As of today, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total upon completion of the appointment. Please note that these deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, your card will be charged an additional 25% to cover the lost appointment time that could have been allocated to another client.

I am understanding of unforeseen circumstances, so please notify me if an issue arises.

I have postponed implementing this policy for as long as possible, but due to my business’s rapid growth, I have experienced an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
