What a year it’s been!

Firstly, a huge and heartfelt thank you to our incredible clients for being so understanding and flexible in the lead-up to Christmas. When our superstar Molly was unexpectedly unwell for a few days, a bit of last-minute reshuffling was required — and your patience did not go unnoticed.

To the clients who pitched in by washing dishes, sweeping floors, folding towels and even making coffees — you truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for your kindness and support.

Molly and I have spent a lot of time this year focused on training and development, and I am immensely proud of just how much she has grown. Watching her skills, confidence and professionalism flourish has been a joy — what a wonderful young lady she is. Thank you, Molly, for all your hard work.

We have also been completely overwhelmed by the generosity shown through the beautiful gifts we’ve received. We feel incredibly lucky and so very thankful — there will certainly be plenty of champagne popping, cocktails shaking and wine flowing!

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and wish each and every one of you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. We can’t wait to see you again soon.
