Why That Inner Thigh Tightness Might Not Be a Muscle Issue… 👀 If your client’s adductors (inner thigh muscles) always feel tight, weak, or just plain uncooperative—their obturator nerve might be the real issue. This nerve does more than just fire up the adductors. It also: ✅ Stabilizes the hips & pelvis for efficient movement ✅ Controls the adductors for midline control ✅ Even provides sensation to the medial thigh and a small area of the parietal peritoneum (yep, the pelvic region can feel the effects too!)
