Do you get TMJ pain?
The TMJ is the Temporomandibular joint.
It sits in front of the ear on the outer cheek area.
Pain can be from grinding teeth at night, stress, eating hard food like candy. This can cause headaches in the front/side of the head. Referred pain can also be coming from neck muscles.

Clients can attend for a Remedial Massage Treatment and just have a Relaxation Massage to relieve stress and tension using both relax and remedial massage strokes/ techniques.

Headaches?
Headaches and or Migraines can have many causes.
Remedial Massage Therapy can assist with Headaches as certain muscles and trigger point referral patterns can be causing them.
If in doubt always get ongoing headaches assessed by your doctor.
