It's been a hot minute on here since I introduced myself.
So for everyone who is new here, hi I'm Charlotte.
Founder/Movement Coach of SheGlowsCo. I'm a Mumma, pilates + yoga instructor, pre + post natal exercise specialist, and teacher trainer. I love a good chat, good glass of wine, and a pilates class that will make your entire body burn (the good kind of burn).
I've been teaching now for 8 years, and I feel very privileged in saying I truly love what I do. After struggling through my own pregnancy and postpartum, and an immense desire to support other mothers through movement and mindfulness practices, SheGlows was born.
SheGlows is not about finding more time in your day, it’s about using the moments in-between to move your body in a way that feels good for you. Counting calories, scales, and hard to maintain exercise programs aren't our vibe.
Instead, we focus on creating fun, strength building and supportive programs that fit into the busy schedule of being a Mum.
These days my time is spent, teaching, working one on one with clients, facilitating teacher trainings, geeking out over pelvic health, and producing content that will empower woman with knowledge they need, to take care of themselves through their motherhood journey.
I truly believe intentional movement, that builds strength and nourishes the body can be a pillar in our daily lives for both physical and mental health.

Remember it's not just about doing your isolated Pelvic Floor exercises when it comes to addressing your pelvic floor symptoms.

Pelvic floor dysfunction can also be more then just experiencing leaking. In fact there are many symptoms woman who may experience symptoms, prior to pregnancy, during or after that they may not even realise is caused by a pelvic floor not working optimally.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some of those symptoms include:
➡️ Painful s*x
➡️ Needing to wee all the time
➡️ Taking forever to empty your bladder
➡️ Pelvic pain
➡️ Back pain
➡️ Tail bone pain
➡️ Constipation

When it comes to addressing our PF symptoms, it's important to take a holistic approach, as in order for the pelvic floor to be functioning at it's best we need a full body and mind approach.
