Low back feeling stiff before training? Don’t just stretch randomly and hope it goes away.
A lot of low back stiffness is linked to a mix of load, posture, fatigue, poor warm-up, and how well your hips, core, and thoracic spine are doing their job.
Try this quick 4-minute reset before you lift:
✅ 60s glute bridge — focus on glute squeeze
✅ 60s thoracic rotation — open book
✅ 60s dead bug breathing — long exhale
✅ 30s couch stretch each leg
Then train.
The goal isn’t to “fix” everything in 4 minutes. It’s to wake up the right areas, get your spine and hips moving better, and reduce that locked-up feeling before loading.

Neck pain is rarely just “tight traps.”
In this session, we looked at how the neck, shoulders, upper back, and surrounding soft tissue were moving and responding, then treated what needed attention.
Treatment included a mix of dry needling, ART, soft tissue work, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and mobility-based work to help reduce tension, improve movement, and give the client a clearer plan moving forward.
