Koto has been opened since October 2009 and owners Kristy and Tahleaha have worked within the Malvern area for 20 years. We proudly use and recommend quality products Kevin Murphy, Wella and Label M. Whether its a new look you’re after, fixing a colour gone bad or a fabulous blow wave, Koto can cater for all your hairdressing needs.
