Hands down, this is the MOST romantic set I've ever painted! ❤️💋💌

My client's husband has a February birthday, and she wanted a set representing his Aquarius star sign.
Since I love a little bit of secret sweetness, we made it extra special and hid his name (Cal) in the stars 🤭💞💘🫶

Quickest way to jazz up any mani? Add chrome 💋

Although Chrome can be a little delicate, if you treat it with care, it can be a super cute addition to your set 🤭

Chrome is done with a powder buffed between two layers of topcoat, so it has no sticking ability of it's own. This means the final layer of top coat is doing alllll the heavy lifting. While I can work my magic to give it it's best shot, how long it actually lasts depends how careful you are.

This means,
Absolutely NO using your nails to pick or scratch at things, ZERO digging in the sand/garden and making sure you are always using gloves when cleaning ✨️

Black Ombre usually scares the s**t outta me and it's beaten me before, but this was the set where I ✨️finally✨️ figured it out 😅👏

If Ombre nails also make you want to jump out the window, here's what I've learned:

1. You need a ✨️non-wipe✨️ MATTE top coat (must be non-wipe, or you'll get a weird result!). Cure for 30 seconds
2. Use a flat, dense powder brush and load up your brush with a nail art pigment (I like pressed pigments - I got mine on Amazon). Concentrate the colour at the tip, then dust off the brush and blend the colour up the nail.
3. Cure for another 30 seconds.
4. CAREFULLY apply a gloss top coat, wiping off the brush in between strokes so you don't get streaks of colour in the non-ombre section. This top coat will protect your ombre so now you can go nuts with whatever other art you like 🥰👏

Christmas Prawns 2.0 🤩

These little shrimps we're such a hit last year, we had to revamp them for this year. This year's vibe was "Christmas Lunch", complete with champers! 🍾🥂
