It’s with a very heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Aquarius Health & Medispa effective from close of business today, Tuesday 21 October 2025 (Brisbane time).
We experienced a catastrophic failure of the sub-flooring beneath all five pools. Advice this morning confirmed that the foundational concrete blocks across the premises would require a full structural rebuild. The cost and timeframe to rectify this issue are insurmountable, leaving us no responsible option but to close immediately for the safety of our guests and team.
We know this is extremely short notice, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption and disappointment this causes.

All payments, memberships, vouchers etc will be refunded by October 31st. This is an automatic process and we will contact you should we need further information.

Payments, memberships & refunds

Memberships: All payment collections have been paused as of today. We will refund the unused portion of any prepaid membership period.

Appointment deposits & prepayments: We will refund all deposits and any prepaid treatment amounts that have not been delivered.

10-Pass packs: We will refund the value of any remaining, unused visits on your pass (e.g., if 6 of 10 remain, we’ll refund 60% of the purchase price).

Processing timeline: Our accounts team has begun this work today and we’re aiming to finalise refunds by the end of this month (31 October 2025).

Include your full name, best contact number, and details of your purchase (e.g., membership type, booking date, or 10-pass receipt if available). Our accounts team l monitor this inbox.

If you have an upcoming booking, you do not need to take any action, we will cancel it on our side and include it in your refund. Where possible we have already made refunds via TimelyPay.
