Most topical antifungal products are oil based and they sit on top of the nails. However, fungi and bacteria like to hide in the nail fold, cuticles and nail bed.

This is able to pass through the nail plate into the nail bed, to target fungi and bacteria at the source, for faster results in regenerating fungal nails.
