How to ride a Mountain E-bike, first of all make sure you have your hands on both brakes then you can start to ride by paddling like a push bike but be aware when you stop it can still keep going unless you applied the brakes.
I have learnt the hard way but its fun to ride 🤣.
I like to go camping and outdoors adventures when I get a chance its my relaxation also I still do my daily facials out here too as my skin gets quite dry in winter. I just bring my travel skincare kit.

National Hair day, I was so overdue for a hair cut and color. I had a day off to have my hair done from my dearst mentor Hannah . I enjoy spending time with her and having my hair pampered. 😍 Thank you Hannah I love my new hair style. Now I am ready to start the next step my adventure.

A few years ago I would never imagine myself doing speeches on stage. I remember one time driving pass the Marriot Hotel and seeing people in the conference room and thought, wouldn't it be nice to be part of that conference. It did happen few years later after being introduce to Atomy products. I am very greatful for my friend introducing this business to me. I have met the loveliest people. They are now biggest part of my life. I have also found my faith with Jesus Christ. 🙏 It has been a blessing with this journey of my life. A funny fact about myself is that I love doing puzzle, the funny thing is this puzzle took about a year to complete as it was kept at my inlaws and we didn't get to visit much during Covid. They kept this puzzle on the coffee table all time for me until I completed 😂, I feel very blessed that they kept it like that for me and that was a year ago, I have started another one at thier place again but hopefull this time round it will be a quicker to finish it. I like to complete something once I start it its very satisfying to have it completed. Who eles is like this? 😆

I often get ask if the facial products works on senitive skin I would yes their also senitive range. In the past I have quite senitive skins which I was hessistant to try new produts but ever since I was introduce to Atomy products and I am very satisfied. Currently I am using the Peel Off Mask to calm my skin from the rashes that I have from something I ate or the cold weather. The mask has many herbal extracts such as Centella asiatica extract, ficus carica fruit extract, portulaca oleracea extract and many more that can help calm and tighten your skin especially minimizes your pores. Its also great fun having faical together with friends and family at gatherings.😄
