Pablo Guzman - Zenthai Shiatsu
Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork for high-functioning people running on empty. Nervous system regulation, structural release, and a grounded philosophy of living well.
Based in New Farm, Brisbane.
For me this journey really started when I accepted that maybe I wasn’t so sure about the things I was doing, that maybe something wasn’t quite right that way. With the first glimpses of humility and hope I manage to sit with myself.
Only then I was able to begin to discern. The things that I had chosen from the things I had not. The answers that I had accepted from those I was raised to believe to be true. Those I believed to save myself further pain. All the ways in which we learn about the world. Al the ways in which we feel ok about who we are.
Am I really sure about that? Where did this come from? Is that really who I am? The humility to say I was wrong. The courage to say I’m sorry. To forgive others and forgive yourself.
To find grace.
Simply open your eyes to see this world, as it is. The expression of 8.3 billion people, raised and educated in their own uniques ways. How could it be any different? The perfect expression of a crazy intersection. Here to do our part. There is a lot of work to do.
If you had to live this exact one life — every choice, every day — on repeat for a thousand times, would that feel like a reward or a life sentence?
It’s not about always having the right answer or about calculating everything, it’s about taking your time, it’s about listening, and it’s about living well while you do it.
This Winter Workshop is an invitation to slow down and create the space where the right questions for this winter season might become more available to you.
This workshop is accesible for the general public, member or non member of Total Fusion. The point is to give you new tools and practices to expand your awareness about this Winter Season.
And the best part is to make it joyful and playful along the way.
So, let’s get clear about it together. Comment ‘Workshop’ and I will send you the workshop information and booking link.

I see my bodywork practice as the philosophical training that I never received. How to build a body, and a life that can hold the way of life that I desire. While staying happy.
This is something that I see often coming up in my movement & bodywork teaching, sometimes as a dialogue inside of me. Sometimes as a conversation I held with the students.
A practical way of learning through the body.
This is how this series ‘Conversations With the Body’ came to exist. Something that I am enjoying creating, and excited to continue learning about how to improve my communication.
Social media is an interesting place. Where our attention is the ultimate price we pay. If you don’t pay for something, then you are actually being the product. I value your attention and your time.
Be strong.
Remain connected to the pursuit of what is true, and beautiful.

Men’s Health Week. This is real and important.
All the things that never get said out loud. They just get carried on.
Be kind to each other and to yourself. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
This is a reading from Rilke’s Letters to a Young Poet — a real exchange with a young writer who reached out to him, full of questions and desperate for answers.
His advice was the opposite of what the young poet wanted to hear.
Don’t search for the answers. Live near the questions. Let them be a slow education rather than a problem to solve.
I think about this constantly in my work.
People arrive wanting resolution. A reason. A clean explanation for why the body holds what it holds.
What I’ve learned, hands-on, is that the body does not resolve the way the mind wants to. It softens. It opens. It tells you something, then waits to see if you can stay with it before telling you more.
That is not avoidance. That is not a lack of progress.
That is the actual shape of the work.
Some things cannot be understood quickly. They can only be lived with, slowly, until they reveal what they were always going to reveal.
Think of a moment where you thought you could hold no more — where hope and patience seemed long gone. What helped you remain, instead of go?
Conversations With the Body, No. 02.
The part of you that creates,
has never lived in your head.
I believe my bodywork practice to be an open door to all the things that have not been named yet.
All those moments where we were not ready yet.
When the world was still too big for us.
Building character and identity.
Learning to love all the things we are not capable of loving yet.
Conversations With the Body.
Spontaneity.
If I had to summarise the ultimate outcome of my bodywork practice in one word, it would be this: Spontaneity.
The ability to meet the moment as it is,
to move from what is real:
unfiltered by habit,
unconstrained by conditioning,
unmanaged by the need to control.
Spontaneity is naturalness in action.
It’s the body responding before the mind interferes.
Expressive, voluntary, alive.
It lives in the body,
and also in the mind:
in the creative process of invention.
New ideas.
New questions.
New ways of being and seeing.
But when the body is held inside repetition,
spontaneity disappears.
Tension takes over.
Resistance becomes the default.
Compulsive behaviour takes over.
Through the body, we begin to interrupt these patterns.
Not by force, but by shifting the ground of our awareness.
And in that space… something opens.
Less reaction.
More response.
Less external control.
More creative intelligence.
Spontaneity is beauty in motion.
It’s what emerges when the system is no longer bound.

What if feeling better wasn’t about doing more?
More effort.
More discipline.
More pushing through.
Wellbeing doesn’t come from force.
It comes from capacity.
The capacity to slow down without guilt.
To feel without overwhelm.
To move through life with space, clarity, and ease.
The capacity to take more territory.
Zenthai Shiatsu works at that level.
Not just relieving tension—
but expanding your system’s ability to hold more.
More sensation.
More energy.
More of life.
Through presence, movement, and precise touch,
your nervous system begins to regulate,
your body softens,
and something deeper starts to reorganise.
From there, change doesn’t feel like effort.
It becomes natural.
Pain eases.
Breath deepens.
Clarity returns.
This is embodied wellbeing.
Building capacity for a greater life.
