Dear Clients,

We have updated our booking terms and conditions, mainly around our cancellation and no-show policies.

We now require you to pay a 20% deposit when making a booking ( for all services in the event that you cancel without notice (48 Hours) OR you simply do not turn up at all we reserve the right to keep this deposit

For Appointments, paying the deposits will be the last step before confirming your appointment.
For Appointments made in person or over the phone, we will require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment

A. That is fine please call my self or message we can sort something out

Q. I’m running late I don’t think I we’ll make it
A. Please call myself I may be able to wait for u if I do not have back to back appointments

Q. Where dose my deposit go
A. Your deposit we’ll sit with my self and we’ll come off your service when it is completed
