Everyone, meet Cate 🤍

Many years ago, during a time when I was feeling quite overwhelmed and a little unsure of myself, my beautiful mum suggested I meet her long-time friend.
She simply said, “I think you’ll really connect.”

She’s a former teacher, educator, yoga therapist, reiki master (and so much more!!)

Mum was right.

Since then, Cate has been a calm and grounding presence in my life - gently helping me understand my sensitive nature, trust my intuition and find a little more steadiness amongst the chaos of everyday life. She has taught me to STOP..pause and notice ✨ and the true healing power & meaning of the word, acceptance 🙏🏼

And yes… I am still very much the same Elle many of you know —
a little chaotic, often running late, sometimes forgetful, always feeling things deeply and probably laughing too loudly at my own jokes 😅

But one of the greatest things Cate has helped me realise is that we are all multi-layered.
We can be lighthearted and silly and thoughtful and reflective.
Busy and driven and deeply intuitive.
Strong and soft.

Her quiet influence has shaped not only my personal growth, but also the nurturing and holistic way I now approach my work at Bespoke. A couple of years ago I became certified in Reiki by Cate, something I never saw myself doing and it’s so hard to put into words what Reiki really is…

I feel incredibly grateful to be surrounded by wise, supportive women across generations - including my own mum whose love and intuition have guided me more than they probably realise.

Today Cate turns 65 and is about to meet her newborn grandson…
a beautiful reminder that life continues to grow, soften and evolve at every stage.

So Happy Birthday Cate! ✨

As many of you know; our superstar Megan is leaving 😭 she has been such an incredible asset to Bespoke Faces over the last 2.5 years in supporting me in re opening the business after having my baby boy Archie and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I can’t thank her enough for the dedication, love, care and support she has offered me, my family and our beautiful clients over this time. If you were lucky enough to have one of her magical facials or services - you know how truly special and talented she is! But don’t worry you will still see her gorgeous face around here from time to time but she won’t be offering her regular hours anymore.

Going forward, Elle will be covering all of Megan’s appointment and opening up an extra day.

Please join me in wishing Megs all the very best in this next exciting season of life!
