Wow what a year it has been! I want to thank ALL of my AMAZING clients, your support and love this year has been next level.

Hey, it’s been a while! I want to thank all of my amazing clients that I have had to juggle around over the last 6 weeks, your support and kindness has been amazing!
This Christmas time has not gone to plan for us as a family with a few hiccups, but I’m back into work mode and I have a few house rules to update you with:

1. I have made a slight increase to my prices. This is due to the increasing costs of all of my products and materials, as well as increases in operating expenses. I have been absorbing these increases for a few months but unfortunately cannot do it any longer.
2. I am implementing a Christmas Cancellation Policy. Any cancellations within 1 week of appointment time will incur a fee of $100. Any cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged the full price of services booked.

I understand that everyone is busy around this period, but I am a one woman show, so while I am extremely busy trying to make your hair look stunning for all of those Christmas events, I don’t have the time (or spare appointments) to be rescheduling clients.

On that note, any reschedules or last minute appointment requests will be added to a waitlist for any times that become available. So if you are still chasing a pre-Christmas appointment, please message me ASAP so that I can add you to the waitlist.

Due to demand I will be opening up 1 extra day in December to try to accommodate everyone(I haven’t picked a day just yet). As that will be an unplanned extra day, there will be a surcharge of 20% on services provided on that day.

With everything that has happened this year, my family is my top priority and I am very excited to enjoy some time with them over Christmas, as they are only little once.
