A breakup, Deployment, Quarantine = Transformation Today I had the pleasure of pampering this beautiful lady who hasn’t seen a hairdresser for a while for cut or foils & unfortunately hasn’t been happy or excited about her hair .... Until TODAY!

As you can tell from the before photo her hair is very long & sends me a photo a few days ago saying “oh I think I want to go short” the photo was a bob at chin level. I politely said “umm let’s discuss at your appointment” lol so again she said “what do you think” & I said “absolutely not but I will meet you half way” hahaha so a deal was made.
So let the transformation begin with a chop then a Full Head of Back to Back Baby lights, Toner & another Cut & Blowdry with some GHD Styling.

End Result is a very happy Client.

Why Not!
Katie msged me saying “I think I want to take out my Extensions, go shorter & lighter” so I’m waiting for the pic ....... & bam f@!k yes let’s do it babe.
To say I was excited was an understatement, Yes I love doing Extensions but lord knows I love a massive change.
We removed all her old Extensions, then cut 3 in off before we started the colour.
(With a change like this don’t worry about being precise with your cut it is just to 1, save her hair from snapping as it’s split anyway & 2, it wastes time)
Now let the fun begin.
With a full head of foils pretty much back to back using level 9 with 20vol on the roots & level 7 with 10vol on the mids to ends making sure to saturate each foil.

(FYI when doing this service make sure that the integrity of the client’s hair is always the most important part, so don’t rush the foils to try & do a full head so you can rinse out at the same time, get a water bottle, spray the hair, wipe off excess and then apply conditioner to the roots to make sure to stop the process)
Then provided the goods with an amazing Lunch & Cocktail.
Toner, Treatment then Blowdry.
We added 25gm of Custom Coloured Nano Extensions to give more volume through the sides.
Cut the hair & the Extensions Then Heat Style & Magic.
This colour & length suits Katie so much.

Bronte came to me with hair that didn’t even blend with her Extensions, brown, gold & yellow tones but has had 3 rounds of Full Head Highlights & still couldn’t remove the brown & gold 😳 Why you ask? well that was my thoughts exactly because she was a Mousey brown when they started, so it’s either product, placement or all of the above.

Bronte has 60 pieces of Tape Extensions that I removed, Full Head Back to Back Highlights using 2 Toners, Cut, Blowdry, Straighten, Re Install Tape Extensions, Trim & Curl using the wide plates from
This massive challenge took no less than 7 hours!
But the End Result, The Happiness on her face, The Gratitude, Appreciation & the Hugs are all worth it 🥰 oh did I mention that she drove from the GC to see me.

Fresh hair for our resident cookie Queen👑.
It has been a red hot minute since Mel has had the time to get her hair done and somehow she convinced me to add some lightness back into her hair.
With that we have some dimensional ribbons through her hair now along with that amazing glossy shine.

I love doing Dark Balayage 🥰 I get so excited.
This beautiful lady is a new client & made my Saturday, she is like a little ray of sunshine ☀️
She decided that she wanted some dimension to her hair & so dark balayage it was.
So by deepening the roots & doing a partial balayage then gloss the end result looks good enough to eat with those dark chocolate and caramel ribbons.
A simple trim & some GHD styling.
