There was a time when I also thought that exercise was only for people with incredible willpower. That they simply woke up wanting to go to the gym. Then I realised one simple thing: no one starts out loving workouts.
At first, it’s hard. You feel lazy. You can think of a thousand reasons to stay at home. But with time, something changes, and one day you notice that something feels missing when you don’t move. You have more energy, your mood improves, and your body seems to say, “Thank you.”
And it’s not just a feeling. When we move regularly, the heart begins to work more efficiently, circulation improves, and the brain receives more oxygen. That’s why, after a good workout, you often feel not exhausted, but pleasantly light and clear-headed.
There is just one thing that many people underestimate. After physical activity, muscles need care too. When they are tight, sore and overworked, the body needs time to recover. That is exactly why I love massage so much. Not because it is a “luxury,” but because it helps the body recover in a much more comfortable way. Tension eases, circulation improves, the muscles become more relaxed, and by the next workout you feel so much better.
For me, the ideal combination is movement and recovery. Not pushing yourself until you have nothing left, but taking care of your body. That is when exercise stops feeling like a punishment and becomes part of your life.
What was it like for you? Did you love working out from the beginning, or did you also have to push yourself to take that first step?🙂

In My Opinion, Leech Therapy Is One of the Biggest Medical Scams of the 21st Century!
Many alternative medicine clinics promote leech therapy as a treatment for almost everything—from infertility and heart disease to varicose veins and even acne. However, from the perspective of evidence-based medicine, this method has serious shortcomings.
It has become a well-marketed pseudoscientific myth and a way to make money. In modern healthcare, leech therapy has nothing in common with evidence-based medicine and is not capable of curing the wide range of conditions it is often advertised for.
Exaggerated claims:
There are no large, high-quality clinical studies proving that applying live leeches is an effective and safe treatment for serious chronic or systemic diseases.
Serious risks:
The procedure is not without risks. Leech bites can cause severe allergic reactions, prolonged bleeding, and wound infections.
Modern medicine has better alternatives:
The substances produced by leeches have long been identified and can now be synthesised in laboratories. Today, there are highly effective medications, ointments, and injectable treatments that work more precisely, more predictably, and much more safely.
Placebo effect and marketing:
The popularity of leech therapy is often driven by people's belief in "natural healing" and by aggressive marketing of alternative medical services rather than by strong scientific evidence.
So, where do leeches actually have a role?
Despite everything I've said above, there is one very narrow area of medicine where medical leeches are still used.
In microsurgery and reconstructive plastic surgery, leeches may be used to relieve venous congestion after tissue reattachment when normal blood drainage cannot be restored immediately.
However, this is a highly specialised hospital procedure performed under strict sterile conditions by trained surgeons—not something carried out in an alternative medicine clinic or by a "natural healer."
My advice:
Modern medicine encourages us to move away from treatments that lack convincing scientific evidence and to choose therapies that have been properly tested for both safety and effectiveness.
If you're dealing with circulation problems, inflammation, or chronic pain, I recommend consulting qualified healthcare professionals who can offer treatments based on scientific evidence rather than marketing claims.

Sore after a massage? Don't worry — it's completely normal.
If your muscles have been tight and tense for a long time, it's common to feel some soreness after a deep massage. This doesn't mean anything is wrong. It's simply your body responding to muscles that haven't been properly worked on for a while.
The more tension your muscles have built up over time, the more likely you are to notice some discomfort after the first few sessions. As your muscles become healthier, more flexible, and less tight, this soreness usually becomes milder with each massage.
What's happening in your body?
✔ Your muscles have been working.
A deep massage have a similar effect on your muscles as a good workout. Tight muscles, trigger points, and stiff tissues have been released, so it's normal to feel as though you've exercised.
✔ Blood circulation increases.
Massage improves circulation and helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your muscles, supporting their natural recovery process.
✔ Your body starts repairing itself.
As tension is released, your muscles begin to recover and adapt. Temporary tenderness is simply part of that process for many people.
Most people notice soreness the next day, and it usually settles within 1–3 days. As your body gets used to regular massage, this reaction often becomes much less noticeable.
How to feel better faster:
✔ Take a warm shower or bath to help your muscles relax.
✔ Stay gently active. A short walk, light stretching, or yoga can help reduce stiffness.
✔ If the pain is severe or lasts longer than three days, let your massage therapist know. The pressure can always be adjusted to suit your body better.
Every body is different, and everyone's recovery is different. The goal isn't to leave you sore—it's to help your body move more freely, feel better, and function at its best.
Everyone's body responds differently to massage. What has your experience been like? ❤️

🧘♀️ How to Save Your Neck and Why Neck & Shoulder Massage Is So Importan.
Have you noticed heaviness in your shoulders by the end of the workday, aching pain in your neck, or a dull throbbing sensation in your temples?
Most often, the cause lies in muscle tension in the neck and shoulder area.
Why does tension occur?
The muscles in this area are constantly working under strain. When a person spends long periods bent over a phone or computer screen, the muscles become overworked.
The muscles tighten, compressing blood vessels and nerve endings.
How does neck and shoulder massage help?
A course of regular massage sessions, or even a single treatment, can make a remarkable difference:
• Improves blood supply to the brain: By relieving muscle spasms, blood circulation returns to normal, helping reduce headaches and dizziness.
• Reduces swelling and fatigue: Tight trapezius and neck muscles relax, making movement feel lighter and easier.
• Improves sleep and reduces stress: The body receives a powerful signal to relax, helping to combat insomnia and nervous tension.
• Improves posture: Muscle restrictions that cause us to slouch unconsciously are released.
When should you book a massage?
Neck and shoulder massage is especially recommended if you:
• Spend more than 3–4 hours a day driving or working at a computer.
• Regularly wake up feeling tired, even after a long night's sleep.
• Frequently suffer from migraines.
Recommendation:
For long-lasting results, a course of 10 sessions is recommended at least once or twice a year.
If you would like to arrange a convenient appointment time or find out the exact cost of a session, please send me a private message.
I can also explain the contraindications for this treatment if you are interested.

👠 Daily Wear of High Heels: Hidden Risks for Your Health
Wearing high heels every day creates enormous stress on the musculoskeletal system. To help prevent flat feet, toe deformities, and chronic lower back pain, it is important to properly limit the time spent wearing fashion shoes and regularly practice relaxing foot massage.
⚠️ The Dark Side of High Heels:
With prolonged wearing of stilettos or high heels, the biomechanics of the entire body change:
🔹 Body weight shifts onto the front part of the foot, overloading the toes and metatarsal bones.
🔹 To maintain balance, the body increases the arch in the lower back, which over time can lead to pain and muscle spasms in the back.
🔹 The risk of developing bunions (hallux valgus deformity) and heel spurs increases.
🔹 The calf muscles and Achilles tendon adapt to the constantly elevated position of the heel, which can eventually make it painful to walk even in flat shoes.
💆 The Healing Power of Massage:
Massage is not just a pleasant procedure—it is an essential recovery ritual for the legs after wearing heels. It helps in several ways:
✨ Relieves muscle spasms: Improves local blood circulation, helping remove lactic acid that accumulates due to static tension.
✨ Restores joint mobility: Relaxes tight ligaments and foot fascia, reducing tension in the ankle.
✨ Helps prevent orthopedic changes: Improves muscle tone and elasticity, reducing the risk of developing flat feet.
🏡 A Simple Home Recovery Ritual:
To relieve heaviness in your legs after a long day, try this simple self-massage:
🛁 Preparation: Soak your feet in a warm foot bath for 10–15 minutes (you can add sea salt or rosemary essential oil).
🦶 Foot massage: Apply cream or oil to your feet. Slightly bend your leg and use your thumbs to make circular movements over the entire sole—from the heel to the toes and back—paying special attention to the ball of the foot.
🎾 Massage with a ball: Place a tennis ball or a special massage roller on the floor, put your bare foot on it, and slowly roll it with pressure from the heel to the toes. This is excellent for relieving myofascial tension.
🤸 Gentle stretching: While sitting, extend your leg forward and pull your toes toward yourself. This helps restore shortened calf muscles to their normal length.
🚨 Please note: If you have varicose veins, open wounds, or inflammatory joint conditions, be sure to consult a specialist before performing intensive massage.

Constantly carrying a bag on one shoulder overloads the muscles of the neck and back, disrupts posture, and can lead to nerve compression. To relieve tension and restore symmetry, regular massage of the neck and shoulder area is highly effective.
⚠️ Why your back and neck hurt:
Muscle imbalance: To keep the strap in place, you unconsciously raise one shoulder. As a result, the trapezius and rhomboid muscles go into spasm, while the opposing muscles become weaker.
Tension headaches: Neck muscle spasms can affect blood circulation and cause aching pain in the back of the head.
Arm numbness: A heavy strap can compress the neurovascular bundle, causing tingling in the fingers.
💆 How massage helps:
Relieves muscle spasms: Classic massage of the neck and shoulder area improves lymphatic drainage and blood circulation, helping to relax tight muscle bundles.
Eliminates trigger points: I work on tight spots (trigger points) that cause pain to radiate into the shoulder blade or head.
Restores mobility: Massage combined with gentle exercises helps restore muscle tone and reduce asymmetry.
💡 Prevention: what else you can do?
Lighten the load: Doctors recommend carrying no more than 10% of your body weight in your bag. The optimal limit for an everyday accessory is no more than 2–3 kg.
Switch sides: Get into the habit of moving your bag from one shoulder to the other every 10–15 minutes.
Choose the right strap: Select bags with a wide, soft strap, as it distributes weight more evenly. The healthiest options are crossbody bags or high-quality backpacks.
Seek professional help: If the pain does not go away, your fingers become numb, or you notice developing poor posture, consult a specialist.
Massage can relieve your current pain, but only changing the habit of carrying bags will prevent it from coming back.

Dear Clients,
Massage is not only a pleasant treatment but also my main working tool. When you book an appointment, I reserve that time exclusively for you and may turn away other people who would like to book.
⏰ Why is 24–48 hours' notice so important?
🤝 Respect for others: If you let me know in advance, another person can take your appointment slot and receive the help they need.
📅 Planning: My schedule is organized in advance. Last-minute cancellations can leave empty appointment times that could otherwise be used for work or rest.
Please plan your visits carefully and let me know about any changes at least 24–48 hours in advance.
⚠️ If you cancel an appointment at the last minute (less than 24 hours' notice), after two such cancellations I may need to charge for future bookings in advance.
Let's respect each other's time and work. 🙏
Thank you for your understanding.❤️❤️❤️

💧 Are You Familiar with the Problem of Swelling?
Do you know the feeling when your reflection in the mirror does not make you happy in the morning, your rings are difficult to remove from your fingers, and by evening your shoes feel tight?
Swelling is not just an aesthetic discomfort. It is your body's way of saying: “Pay attention to me, I am struggling to cope with the load.” We often get used to thinking it is normal, but in reality there are very specific reasons behind it.
🔍 Why does swelling occur?
Hidden salt and sugar. Excess sodium and fast carbohydrates are the main “magnets” for water in our body.
Lack of movement. During sedentary work, lymphatic drainage is impaired, causing fluid to accumulate in the legs.
Stress and hormones. Increased levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) and hormonal fluctuations during the second phase of the cycle also contribute to fluid retention.
External factors. Heat, lack of sleep, and uncomfortable shoes increase evening swelling.
✨ 5 steps to forget about heaviness and morning puffiness:
Massage is very effective for reducing swelling. It works like a kind of “pumping station” for the body, accelerating the movement of lymph — the fluid that removes toxins and excess water from the spaces between cells.
Reduce your salt intake. Limit salty foods, processed sauces, and fast food. Replace salt with spices and herbs.
Add potassium-rich foods. They help remove sodium and excess water. Include bananas, avocados, baked potatoes, dried apricots, and spinach in your diet.
Move more. If you have a sedentary job, get up and move every 30–45 minutes. Light stretching, lymphatic drainage jumps, or an evening walk can work wonders.
Contrast shower. It is excellent for stimulating lymph flow and toning blood vessels.
Important: If swelling appears suddenly, lasts for a long time, or is accompanied by pain or redness (especially in one leg), this is a reason to consult a doctor to rule out kidney disease or cardiovascular conditions.

👐 Hand Massage: More Than Just a Pleasant Procedure!
We are used to spending a lot of time caring for our face or back, but our hands deserve no less attention. They perform thousands of tasks every day and are often the first to reveal our pace of life.
Why should you add hand massage to your beauty routine?
✨ Deep Relaxation: A large number of nerve endings are concentrated in the palms and fingers. A gentle massage instantly relieves fatigue and helps reduce stress.
💧 Nourishment and Rejuvenation: Massage combined with a cream or oil improves microcirculation, deeply moisturizes the skin, and increases its elasticity.
✋ Joint Care: The procedure is excellent for relieving muscle tension after working at a computer or after a long day, helping to prevent stiffness.
🌿 Energy for the Whole Body: Stimulation of certain active points on the hands has a beneficial effect on overall well-being.
Trust your hands to a professional, or spend 5–10 minutes on them at home in the evening, combining self-massage with your favorite nourishing cream. The results will not keep you waiting: your skin will become velvety soft, and you will feel lightness throughout your whole body!

The neck is the main “bridge” of our body that connects the head to the torso. It performs vital functions: supports the head (weighing about 4.5–5 kg), protects the nerves and blood vessels that supply the brain, and provides orientation in space.
🦒 The Neck: Not Just a Connection, but the Control Center of the Body!
Have you ever thought about the enormous amount of work your neck performs every day? This elegant anatomical “bridge” does much more than simply hold your head on your shoulders.
Here are 5 reasons why the neck is one of the most important and vulnerable areas of our body:
🛡 Support and Protection.
The neck bears the weight of the head (which is about 5 kg!) and keeps it upright. Inside this “case” pass the most important blood vessels that nourish the brain, the trachea, and the spinal cord.
🎯 Navigation and Orientation.
It is thanks to the cervical spine that we can freely turn and tilt our heads and look around. This gives us the ability to react quickly to danger and simply explore the world.
📡 The Main Balance Sensor.
The neck is one of the areas richest in proprioceptors (body position sensors). Per 1 gram of tissue, there are 3–4 times more of these sensors here than in the lower back. It continuously tells the brain where the head is, helping us maintain balance.
🗣 Communication and Breathing.
The vocal cords are located in the neck area, allowing us to communicate. The airways and esophagus are also located here. In addition, the neck muscles actively help us breathe by supporting the work of the rib cage.
⚠️ A Fragile Balance.
Because of a sedentary lifestyle and gadgets, the neck is often the first area to suffer. Tilting the head forward by only 30 degrees increases the load on the spine up to 18 kilograms! This leads to tension, headaches, and poor posture.
How to help your neck every day:
Do neck stretches during long periods of computer work.
Make sure your monitor is at eye level.
Try not to spend long periods looking down at your phone with your chin toward your chest.
Do you often feel tension in your neck by the end of the day?
